The apartment layout is 90 sq meters and was intelligently designed by an Italian architect. The open and light living room is a perfect place to watch some TV, read a book, or browse the Internet. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. 

The desk can be converted to a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. This room can be separated for privacy by a hand crafted wooden sliding door. The big and bright living room gives a sensation of space and comfort. 

The kitchen was remodeled to embrace the openness of the living room and now includes all the necessary modern amenities.
